The Evangelical Apostolic Mission EAM is a non-governmental, non-profit organization initiated by the PKGG (Church of God) from Austria, and has the aim to better organize the evangelistic and missionary work of the Romanian Evangelical Christians from diaspora, especially of the Evangelical Romanians from Austria.
Some of the activities of the organization, but not limited to, are: local evangelistic work in Austria in the german language for Austrians, the evangelism for the Romanian people from Austria and Europe, and evangelistic, social, charity, educational and medical missions all over the world.
People involved in the organization are active members in the Romanian Churches from Austria and abroad, who have a clear understanding of the “Great Commission”: to GO, to PREACH, to BAPTIZE and to TEACH the Scripture, the inspired Word of God, to ALL people and nations, so that ALL will come to accept JESUS CHRIST as their LORD and Saviour by repenting and though the GRACE of God, and be SAVED from the sins.
We have understood that it is our honour and duty to preach the Gospel, The Good News of Jesus Christ, and not to be ashamed of it, as this is an obligation for each Christian, but not an option, as Paul said in Romans 1:14-17: “For I have a great sense of obligation to people in both the civilized world and the rest of the world, to the educated and uneducated alike…. For I am not ashamed of this Good News about Christ. It is the power of God at work, saving everyone who believes—the Jew first and also the Gentile. This Good News tells us how God makes us right in his sight. This is accomplished from start to finish by faith. As the Scriptures say, “It is through faith that a righteous person has life.”
Paul goes further in 1 Corinthians 9:16 saying: “Yet preaching the Good News is not something I can boast about. I am compelled by God to do it. How terrible for me if I didn’t preach the Good News!
